Sauna

Our sauna is a dry sauna with the option to add small amounts of moisture.
The sauna can seat 6 people at any given time and is a public space, appropriate clothing must be worn and good hygiene should be practiced in this space.  
 
A monthly membership may be purchased for unlimited uses, or a drop in session during reception hours is welcome as well. This service may be added before or after an appointment as well.  

The sauna is only on from 6am-9pm Monday to Saturday. It is not available outside of these hours.
