ADULT'S STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Adult Strength & Conditioning class is designed to improve overall strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence in movement. This class combines foundational strength training with conditioning intervals to help build lean muscle, strengthen joints, and improve cardiovascular fitness. This class is coached start-to-finish by a certified trainer, making it ideal for all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified or progressed based on your goals, experience, and comfort level, ensuring every participant is challenged appropriately and safely.

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays

Classes are not held on holidays
