Accessibility  

It is very important to us that everyone is able to access our facility. If you are concerned about an aspect of your visit, please reach out to us so we can best assist you. 

Below is a list of facility designs/devices that are already in place to make visits easier for those who are mobility impaired. 

-Widened hallways and doorways 
-Ramps and an extended sidewalk on the front entry 
-Automated door openers on the front entry
-A commercial chairlift to assist with accessing our upper level (user must be able to transfer from a wheelchair to the chairlift, if user cannot transfer please contact us so we can try to accommodate you. We are happy to help with transferring and chair operation during business hours) 
-A large bathroom stall in both lower level washrooms 
-Child change tables in both lower level washrooms 
-Accessible shower with seat in both lower level washroom
-Dimmable lights in all offices and front entry
