Gymnasium Space & Rental Equipment 

A little bit about our gymnasium space

-Dimensions: 95ft x 55ft x 22ft 

-It can host 1 regulation basketball game, 1 full court regulation volleyball game, or 3 regulation pickleball games

-The flooring is rubberized beneath the vinyl top layer which provides significant impact relief without compromising game play quality!

-Spectators are welcome in our upper level spectator area that includes comfortable seating and a wide variety of children's toys to keep the kids entertained

What rental equipment is available? 

Basketball
-2 height adjustable basketball nets (8-10ft tall) 
-Basketballs (youth, women's, and men's sizes available) 

Volleyball
-1 height adjustable volleyball net system, including pole padding and foul antennas 
-Volleyballs (may not be regulation for all leagues) 

Racquet Sports
-3 pickleball net systems 
-Pickleball racquets & balls 
-1x height adjustable badminton net system (lines on the floor are not exact badminton regulation) 
-Badminton racquets & birdies 

Hockey
-2 hockey nets 
-Floor hockey sticks (including 2 goalie sticks) 
-Floor hockey balls 

Soccer 
-Soccer balls (youth and adult sizes available) 
-No soccer sized nets are available but 2 hockey sized nets are available 

Football 
-Footballs (youth and adult sizes available)  
-Flag football belts and flags 

Baseball/Softball
-4 bownets

-Indoor balls (baseballs, 11" and 12" softball available) 
-Pitching machine balls (baseballs and softballs available)

Rules and Regulations of the Gymnasium 

-Prime time hours are weekdays from 4pm-8pm, and weekends/statutory holidays
-Non-prime time hours are weekdays until 4pm or after 8pm 

-A booking time may be reserved online but is not considered completed until a booking agreement has been filled out in full by the renter. After reserving facility time, the renter will receive an email with a facility rental agreement form. Once this agreement is submitted, then the reservation is considered confirmed. If the form is not completed within 24 hours of the rental time, then the rental time will not be held.  

-Each booking must have a waiver or copy of insurance on file prior to use of the facility. The individual signing the waiver takes responsibility for everyone in their booking upon signing. 

-Facility bookings for after hours must be booked at least 72 hours in advance unless otherwise discussed. A representative must come to pick up a key for the facility during business hours. A staff member may not be available during after hours bookings. 

-The front entry door is NEVER to be propped open for any reason. A member of the booking must watch the door and allow only their party in. Do not open the door for anyone that is not involved in your booking party.   

-When equipment is required for booking it must be included in the booking agreement or it may not be available.  

-In order to maintain equipment quality, certain equipment such as the batting cage may only be adjusted by a staff member. Therefore it is important to be specific in the rental agreement so the facility can be as prepared as possible before your reservation time. 

-Any rental equipment is expected to be left how it is found at the beginning of the booking. 

-For sports that require the use of dense balls/pucks (ie. lacrosse, baseball, softball, hockey, etc) soft indoor alternatives are required. As well as, wall netting must be down in order to reduce wall damage. Hockey pucks are not permitted.  

-Regular wear and tear damage will not incur any damage fees but if misuse leads to damage of the facility or any equipment then a damage fee will be added to the booking. Official damage guidelines can be found in the Facility Rental Agreement.
