INDOOR SHOE & FOOD/DRINK POLICY
To help keep our facility clean, safe, and in great condition for all members, indoor athletic footwear is required in all training areas. We understand that for certain lifts or activities individuals may choose to not wear shoes. Please try to limit bare foot activities to a small area to avoid injury and maintain cleanliness. Dropping a weight on a bare foot will not feel good.
Food and drinks are welcome in the facility, however anywhere that has blue flooring (the gymnasium and walking track) please limit consumption to only water. We have 2 seating areas that are ideal for food consumption, please feel free to enjoy your other beverages and food in these areas. When hosting parties in the facility, you will have access to our viewing area where you are welcome to enjoy cake or other snacks.
SMOKING/VAPING & ALCOHOL
To maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all members, the use or possession of tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, or alcohol is strictly prohibited within the facility. Please try to refrain from smoking near entry ways as well, much of our clinical population may have health conditions that are negatively effected by smoke.
Thank you for doing your part in keeping our facility clean, accessible and welcoming to everyone! If you have any questions please ask a staff member!
