Senior's Exercise Classes

E.A.S.E (Everyday Activity and Stretching for Everyone) 

EASE runs every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9-10am (classes do not run on holidays). EASE includes a mixture of stretching and strength training with a focus on keeping our seniors fit and independent in their daily lives. While it is a group class, exercises can be easily modified to suit almost all abilities. A certified personal trainer is always working with the group. At the conclusion of each class, everyone in the group is welcome to join our coffee social as well! Drop ins are always welcome to try out the class! 

Investment is $7 per class or purchase a monthly EASE pass for $75

GLA:D Program

The GLA:D Program is run twice weekly, Mondays from 12-1pm and Thursdays from 1-2pm (classes do not run on holidays). GLA:D is a very entry level program intended for those with knee and hip pain or for individuals who have recently had knee or hip surgery. This program is closely supervised and monitored by an exercise physiologist. We are very proud to team up with our local Primary Care Network (PCN) to offer this program free of charge, however before beginning the program you must first be assessed by a PCN representative.
