GENERAL YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

Our General Youth Fitness Class is designed to help kids build confidence, learn movement skills, and develop healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. This class focuses on age-appropriate strength, coordination, agility, and endurance, using games, circuits, and skill-based activities that keep participants engaged and excited to move.

This class is intended for youth who do not have any sports or strength experience and are just wanting to create healthy habits and learn how to use the gym properly and efficiently. This class is led by a certified personal trainer.

Class Details

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays

@ 4:00-5:00pm

Classes are not held on holidays

Individual classes are $15 each

6 Class Packages are $72

12 Class Packages are $144

PERFORMANCE YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

Our Youth Performance Strength & Conditioning Class is built specifically for developing athletes who want to improve performance, build strength safely, and reduce injury risk. This program focuses on teaching proper movement patterns and building a strong athletic foundation that supports success in any sport. This class is a great opportunity to set individual goals and work towards them with the supervision of a certified trainer. The class plans will shift throughout the year based on what sports are in their off season at a given time. For example, the summer will focus on hockey and other winter sports off season training.
